PME’s senior leaders are practitioners in all the solutions we offer, yet we also serve as instructors to enable others to adopt and use many of the same tools and techniques we employ. Our personnel are accomplished speakers and have frequently presented at conferences and seminars.
PME’s senior leaders have provided training workshops to thousands of individuals in all different disciplines from the government, non-profit, higher education and private sector communities.

Our key to success is placing emphasis on “piquing the interest” of student attendees. We take topics that may otherwise be considered rather mundane, and use techniques in our workshops to boost attention and curiosity, to exercise the brain, to encourage creative thinking, and to solicit healthy debate and discussion. Our goal is to not only facilitate learning, but to make the process of learning fun.

- Completed 1200 employee hours of "Building Teams and Success" training for a Maryland-based client.
- Designed and delivered 320 employee hours of introductory Leadership Training--"The Leadership Journey."
- Completed 60 employee hours in training client leadership teams on developing Vision Statements, Mission Statements and Organizational Core Values.
- Provided a series of 2-day workshops on Performance-Based Contracting (PBC), Design of Performance Measures and Quality Assurance Surveillance techniques for contracting and program personnel.
- Provided half day workshops on Improving Customer Service which included topics around Service Delivery, Service Standards, and Empowerment to Solve Customer Problems.
- Provided workshops on Process Improvement and facilitated Problem Resolution Teams, assisting them in arriving at innovative solutions to improve their operations.
