Training

PME’s senior leaders are practitioners in all the solutions we offer, yet we also serve as instructors to enable others to adopt and use many of the same tools and techniques we employ.

Our personnel are accomplished speakers and have frequently presented at conferences and seminars.

Our Approach

Our key to success is placing emphasis on “piquing the interest” of student attendees. We take topics that may otherwise be considered rather mundane, and use techniques in our workshops to boost attention and curiosity, to exercise the brain, to encourage creative thinking, and to solicit healthy debate and discussion. Our goal is to not only facilitate learning, but to make the process of learning fun.

Beyond designing and delivering training, our team can provide a full array of support services. Our turn-key solutions make the business of training less stressful.

Recent Training Events

 

  • Provided a workshop series called, “Building Teams and Success”, to boost teamwork and communication skills for over 400 employees in a large organization.
  • Facilitated a set of workshops entitled, “The Leadership Journey”, to help managers improve their skills in coaching, listening, and leading.
  • Provided a series of 2-day workshops on Performance-Based Contracting (PBC), Design of Performance Measures and Quality Assurance Surveillance techniques for contracting and program personnel.
  • Provided half day workshops on Improving Customer Service which included topics around Service Delivery, Service Standards, and Empowerment to Solve Customer Problems.
  • Provided workshops on Process Improvement and facilitated Problem Resolution Teams, assisting employees in arriving at innovative solutions to improve their operations.
  • Delivered "Managing Conflict in the Workplace" training for 400+ employees.
  • Completed "Engaging and Motivating Employees" training for organizational leaders.
